All our cabins and tiny homes are fully insulated with Expol Black underfloor insulation and earth wool in the walls and ceilings.

We use galvinised steel for our chassis and subfloor and treated timber for the construction of all our builds.

This includes H3.2 tongue and groove ply flooring, H3.1 shadow clad cladding or colour steel cladding (other cladding options can be discussed) H1.2 timber framing and colour steel roofing and flashings.

All materials are new, no second grade materials are used in construction.

There are options here depending on size and weight. We can make some units road legal for additional cost. We are happy to discuss this with you.

You may be required to apply for consent if you wish to connect to council services. We can advise you of when this would be necessary.
